You must call the cops immediately. You have to get that 14 year old out of his house. If you would rather, you can call the Child Protective Services, every city has one. For a report as serious as the foster parent sleeping with the child, they have to report it to the police anyways. You can keep yourself anonymous (with both the cops and the CPS)and make a formal complaint against him for harrasment with the cops. If he calls you, don't answer and let him leave a message. If you have an answering machine, keep all his messages recorded to give to police.
This is a very serious issue. If you are a child yourself, it is even more important. If you are a child, talk to your parents. I think they would be more concerned with your safety and the safety of this other child, than getting you in trouble for dating an older man. Either way, you have to do something. I hope you get this taken care of as soon as possible. Blessed be.

..I'm not sure if you're thinking of calling the cops for revenge or an honest concern for the 14 year old girls welfare.....What does calling them have to do with you wanting him to stop calling you? Nevertheless... It seems to me they're two different problems. If you're under age you could get a restraining order that will prohibit him from calling you. Real simple to get, especially if you're under age.(or even if you're not...You have rights! ! !) You're local victim/witness will help you or at least lead you in the right direction. As for the new girlfriend. Victim/witness would be the appropriate authorities to call about that as well. So you can actually kill two birds with one stone. Or kill one boyfriend with two phone calls. Hahahahahaha (just trying to lighten the mood.)
Do what you know to be right......for the best interests of you and the young girl. I'm sure you'll make the right decision.
Good luck ! ! ! !

Call the cops about the harassment then nonchalantly mention the 14 year old girlfriend. You could call anonymously, but that won't make the phone calls stop.

You can call the police and tell them that you need to remain anonymous for your safety. Telling someone about this isn't about you and you need to keep the safety of this 14 year old girl your main priority.

Don't you think that morally you should be thinking about this poor child instead of worrying about what people think about you. This child and others who may be victimized by this guy need to be protected. Call anonymously and leave the information. Crimestoppers takes anonymous tips.

sounds tricky.
if hes over 18...
call the state foster care agency from a phone both say anonymous.. if you know for sure. just give his name and address and hers.
even if they ask dont give your info..you never have to.
or email it to the state foster care agency or childrens protective services.you can find it on the web.
ask him not to call you and if he does you can report that to the phone co as harrasment. if he abused oyu in any way please go to a domestic violence support group.

Call the cops on him....file a harassment charge.....and then casually mention the 14 yr old gf in your report......that way, you take care of both situations with one chat with the police.....Good luck!!
