just the obvious - babysitter. Your previous life is over now that you have kids. When they are small, they don't realize they are sucking up all your time (they are pretty self focused until about 9 or ten, and that is still too young to leave alone).
If your wife is tired (as my wife and I are) when the kids go to bed, there isn't much you can do. If you can get a sitter so that you can spend time before 1am in the morning, that is best.
My wife and I have "date night" twice a month (wish we could afford more), and each one is highly anticipated. We do stupid stuff like when we were young (McDonalds, then a walk in the park, the zoo, make out in the car, go to the beach - make out at the beach - whatever). Then, the clock strikes 11 and we turn back into adults and go home.

How much do you help with the kids? Women tend to work 18-20 hours a day when they have little ones( especially if they still get up in the night). So if she is doing it all you might want to help split up the chores and the child care. Maybe you could find a teenager who would like some extra cash. They are usually very good with little ones and can help out or babysit once a week or so to give you an evening out with your wife.

she would probably appreciate it if you took a more active role with the kids. maybe help with the housework and cooking. find a reliable teenager to stay with the kids for an hour or 2. even if it's just for a walk down the street. bring her flowers for no reason. leave a card in her car or by the coffee pot. do some of the things you did when you were dating. some of those things can be done with the kids. put her first. if you make her your queen she'll make you her king.

Get a babyisitter. You and your wife NEED to have alone time, and take her out for a nice dinner on the beach. with roses and candles and everything. She'll <3 it.

Hire a babysitter or take them to a daycare. If you wanted to have romance time, it would have to be during the day (forget nighttime). If you or both of you work during the day, use your lunch break to see each other.
