I have two guys severly harrassing me. One is harassing me at school the other at my job. It's to the point were there stalking me. One lives in another county and is trying to work at the same job I work at just to be around me. HELP!

well at work you can report this harrassment to your boss and tell him that if he fails to do anything then you will get legal counsel and sue the business. File a stalking charge with your local police department against the other guy and tell your friends and family what is going on so that they will be aware of it. Oh he is harrassing you at school go to the principal ,they have to make the school safe for every one . Let them know if they refuse to do anything about it then you will file suit against the school . Good Luck and God Bless.

The one at school you need 2 tell the principal or your guidance counselor and the one who is harassing you at work if its scaring you and u think he is a stalker you need 2 tell your parents (if your a miner) and call the police get the vehicle id and and other information that they need 2 help stop him!! good luck girl and be careful!

You know it is not harrassment UNTIL you have said Here is what you do that bothers me and I want you to STOP or you will be reported to the proper authorities... Untill you say STOP and they keep doing it... it LEGALLY is NOT harrassment... I suggest a nice certified letter... Only cost 80 cents to send... and they will know you mean business.
Then you have PROVED that you told them cut the sh*t OUT and then you DOCUMENT when they dont quit... then you file a police report... then you oick up that report and take it to PROSECUTING ATTRORNEY then she (or he) sends a nice letter at no cost to you.. then when they do it AGAIN... they will be jailed... all this for 80 cents... AIN'T AMERICA WONDERFUL!?!!?!?!

You need to tell your parents and get a restraining order against them and file sexual harassment charges on them. Also I would find another job!!!!!

Contact your local police, most states now have anti stalking laws. the police are trained to handle these kinds of situations.

report to police if they approach you or bother you. do not wait for something to happen. tell you friends, employers, parents or anyone who can assit you physically in a situation.
