That's because ipconfig is a DOS, or console mode application, and when it exits, Windows closes the window. Instead of using run, open up a dos window and then use ipconfig. It will stay until you type exit, or close the DOS window.

I'm surprised that it even shows for a second!
Actually, you need to go to the C Prompt to get to ipconfig. That's why you need to type in cmd [or Command] and hit enter, first.
ipconfig only works on the DOS Prompt.
This time around, please type in cmd first and hit enter, then type in ipconfig and hit enter. It'll work.

Haha! Wow. i replaced into ingesting water whilst i replaced into interpreting this and that i swear water very virtually got here out my nostril! That replaced into freaking hilariously depraved!
