On Sprint's "Spending Limit", do you really get to use your phone minute plan?

Your spending limit is determined by your credit level, has nothing to
with plan.

Many higher minute users who use minutes at a level where they may often find themselves pass their spending limit, will put more than they need to at the begining of the billing cycle so they have credit and will not go over their spending limit and have their service cut off.
