you dont wanna over do it and get a black hoodie so you can get a white one and get it spray painted with black and red! those colors look super sexy together!!!

Since it's for homecoming, try one of your school colors to show your support. Or a shade of white so that the paint you spray on it really stands out.
I wouldn't go with anything really bright that will be garish when painted, or anything too dark that will hide the paint.
If it was me, I would go with white. It's neutral, and will best show all the paint colors that you spray on it.

Any color goes with black, but make it white or off white and the spray paint will show more. Use glow in the dark spray paint too!

Get a white shirt or hoodie, Get some paint, and go crazy splatter, brush, etc paitning your shirt your school colors. I did that for my homecoming game and everybody was jealous and asked where i got it, I told them i made it and they think i paid 50 bucks for it, Its fun, easy, and cheap! well if your going to spray paint it make it plain, not your best shirt.... because if you really like that shirt you would probably get disappointed.
1.white
2. black (if your not gunna spray paint it black)
3. yellow
4. red

I would use the school colors since it is homecoming, other than that i would try light green or bright blue.
