Good topics:
Persuade that illegal immigrants are extremely important to society.
persuade that Stem Cell Reasearch is good.
Persuade that Bush is responsible for increasing oil costs.
Oh, here is a really good one that will be provoking.
Persuade your audience that America is hypocritical for putting sanctions on North Korea for having nuclear bombs, while the U.S. themselves have about 10,000!

You need to be able to persuade your audience. If your teacher didn't give you a pre-defined list of approved topics, pick something you believe in. Then, look up sources from experts in the field who back your opinion. The better your research and qualified your sources, the more persuasive you'll be as a speaker.

" now i know you say its alot of work to take care of, but if i take care of it then i will earn resposibiltiy")
i hope this helped!

I did one on the dangers of flouride in toothpaste and water. Trust me, if you actually research it, it can be a fascinating and eye-opening topic. Plus, how many other people are going to do something that unique
