It already is illegal. The gambling lobby, backed by the big bucks in Vegas, has enough congressman and senators on their payroll to pass any laws they please. Rest assured they do not want competition and they do not want you to have the freedom to gamble on line. Your rights have been sold.

internet gambling is already illegal. it has never been legal infact. all of the gambling sites are based outside of the united states so that they dont get arrested.

They're making it illegal to charge it to a US based credit card.

So why do it? Let's see - the only party to benefit is US based gambling establishments. The mafia, and Indian casinos. Jack Abramoff's clients.
