its 32 x32 with cement floor with 2x6 posts. Its has vinyl siding attached to sheet ply wood.

Buy thin plywood and rip into 2" strips nail to post 12" apart to hold up batts. If post are 9' on center you can buy 4'x9' OSB at most larger lumber yards (not Home Depot).

Does it have horizontal wood purlins between the poles to support the plywood and siding? It might be easier to just nail sheets of foam insulation onto that. They make short nails with large plastic disks on them to hold the foam in place, I think.

batting has to have something to anchor the sides to. (studs). batting is normally for 16 inch or 24 inch studs, and 4 or 6 inch thick. If no studs, you have to make them. I dont know how you made the plywood walls, but they will really warp badly if no studs. 16 inch make nice straight walls, 24 for economy.. ... make top plate and bottom plate, nail the studs to them, then hoist the entire wall into place, use liquid nails or anchors to hold the stud walls in place, hang the insulation.
