You should be able to get all the papers & rules for each state
off of the internet...
I know in Texas it is 60 days after filing...

Everywhere is different. Some states require a year of legal seperation prior to divorce. In my state there is no time limit but it took 7 months to finalize.

I think in CA it takes 6 months.But if you have been married less then 5 or 6 yrs you can get it annulled. Might be faster and cheaper

y do you wish a divorce ? think about it. time does not matter. you are going to lose , it will cost you everthing. ask some one who been there.
