Can someone please help me with this statistics problem:

P(X>28) if μ=30, σ = 4.66, and n=38.

You need to know which probability distribution you're using first. With the values provided, it looks like you're using the normal distribution. The link below provides the formula. You should be able to take it from there with a good calculator.
