it is totally based on the number of congresspeople from your state. the least votes is 3 (2 Senators and 1 House o fRepresentative) and most is For California, this means they get 55 votes (2 senators and 53 members of the Representative) so there would be no hard number it would change from state to state counting how your congressional boundries are drawn up

I don't think it necessarily works that way.
As far as I know, the Electoral College is made up of basically representatives who look at who their state is voting for, and vote for them. States get a different amount of votes depending on the population.
California has 55, New York has 31, Alaska has 3, Ohio has 20, and so forth.
It takes 271 electoral votes, I believe, to win.
