NO!!! It makes them look like hoodlums. I don't think that it is cool or attractive at all. My son got his tongue pierced and after about 8 months took it out because he was tired of his food getting caught on it.

Depends on the guy. This one guy in my school oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo with his lip ring and toung ring. MMMMMMM tasty
