Because that is what makes the figure of a woman. If you look at a woman through the side, then the breasts give her the shape.
Also because it is soft and nice to touch.
Also because it is covered and not shown by the women. Maybe they are attracted just because it is not easy to see. Remember, forbidden fruits taste the best.

men get attracted to breasts because when they were babies they would suck on them and sucking or looking at them now makes them feel young.

Maybe because they are something you cannot see (naked) everyday. Unless the girl is a porn star, on girls gone wild, or really likes you, you will not see a girls breasts.

It's mother natures way of ensuring that you give a lot of attention to at least one part of women from which she feels pleasure? lol! Coz i have them and think they are pretty fabulous! because it ensures we make babies? Who knows?
