I was surprised to see no guy replied to your question but I dont feel odd that I am a guy and responding to your question.
Anyways, one of the things that you can do is ... hold her in your arms and read her a poem written by yourself if you can get a little creative with it. I know being a guy its a little difficult to do that but put your feelings in writing for her. Also after you read the poem give the paper to her as a keepstake.
