how can I repair a problem concerning uxtheme.dll???

my PC says that there is a problem with uxtheme.dll and my pc does not go to the desktop...i have to press ctrl + alt +delete in order to run programs form the task manager...

You could try downloading the affected dll and replacing it on your computer.
