Because both the broiler and the self cleaning require excessively high heat, it is my guess that somehow you have the door misaligned from moving the unit. If the door won't close 100% correctly, the unit may not let these 2 functions work for safety reasons. Make sure that door is fully seated on it's hinges.....over doors slide right off their hinges if you open the door and pull straight out on it......you may have done this and not realize it.

Check the manual under "troubleshooting" and see what it says.

I don't know if your stove is gas or electric. I have a gas stove. The top burners worked fine, but the oven "bake" temp would not heat and the self clean would not work. I had to have the ignition switch replaced. The repairman said that this is very common with gas ovens. I think the charge for all was about $170.00.

The upper element (part that glows) is probably burnt out, it can be replaced fairly easily with a screwdriver. Call a local appliance store, they can hook you up with the right part.
