Who would want to live that way? Every time I see a trailer park it is surrounded by a high fence with razor-sharp barbed wire across the top. Is this to keep people in or out? I don't get it. People shouldn't be treated like dangerous animals but deserve to be treated with a fair amount of decency and kindness. Only violent felons deserve to live within a high, razor-sharp fenced-in environment Am I wrong? This must be a violation of the law.

I am really puzzled for saw many trailer parks in Florida and no fences surrounded and definitely no brabed wire and also not too far but not directly in my neighborhood is a trailer park and no fence at all. The only place I've ever seen razor sharp barbed wire was a Juvenile Detention Center that had several trailers(not used for housing)It may be a new practice but I have not seen, for there have been attacks in trailer parks that had a lot of Hispanics where they were attacked in their beds while sleeping(trailers easier than house to break into) and some were even killed with the motive being robbery with the thought that the Hispanics there did not bank their money so would have handy cash in the trailers(their home) so for safety and protection it is feasible that they would build such a very difficult fence to penetrat and get access to the railers. The perpetratoras were not from the trailer parks. This is just me speculating,

Are you sure it isn't a prison and the trailers are for conjugal visits? Every trailer park I have seen never had the razor sharp fences. I live in northwest Colorado and 3 of the 4 ways to come into town have trailer parks and there are no fences.
