Well I have been married for 10 years and I would give him lots of love and give him nice gifts like a watch, polo and a jersey. My husband has been satisfied but if your husband is too loving (like mine) don't give him too much or high priced things because he may make you take it back or yell at you but he probably won't. Another great idea for one year is to get him a digital camera or just something he is really into.

Get some belly dancers to come and embarrass him! (I'm part of a belly dance troupe, and we've recently performed at 2 birthday parties. We were hired by the wives to embarrass the husbands in front of all of their friends and family.) Request the dancers to make him dance with them! It's always a surprise, and the family really gets a kick out of it!

Take a camera and put a bow on it.
When the two of you are alone let him use makeup to draw lines on your naked body to make you look like a cat or a tiger.
Then let him take naked photos of you.

You can wear your wedding dress or get a costume of a wedding dress. Then you can relive your wedding night and honeymoon with him. I hope it was fantastic, because if it was, you will be doing it again for him.

Go to your party as Salt & Pepper Shaker. (I gave this suggestion to someone else to.) Just to let you know.
