why is this?

that in women..they can be freezing..n every body part can be cold...but our chest always stays toasty and warm?

That's not true for me. I can be warm, yet my nipples will look like I'm cold. I don't know about anybody else, but when it gets real cold, sometimes my nips actually hurt!

It's because the chest is closer to the body core, while extremities are further away and more apt to get cold.

My chest gets cold = headlights
