No... the world would be much more boring and less entertaining... With the presence of violence, Clowns are a wonderful distraction from it!
Imagine a circus without a Clown...
Imagine an impossibly car not driven inhabited by many large clowns...
Imagine a kid's face when he or she realizes that there won't be a Clown at their birthday party. PS. the kid likes clowns.
Imagine Yahoo Answers without Clowns...
It's pretty unimaginable, eh?
