You can be pregnant and have no signs of it. Don't worry--this is common, and you are only 5 wks. I didn't even find out till I was about six weeks! Dizziness and fatigue do often occur and are totally normal...as for nausea, some women never have it! For me, I was queasy alot but never did actually throw up from morning sickness (but I did have a stomach virus twice...ick lol). Try to stop worrying--you're probably fine. :) If you ever have concerns though, talk to your OB/midwife. Congrats and best wishes!

Yes. with my first pregnancy i had no symptoms what so ever. no morning sickness nothing. i was 11 weeks before i found out i was pregnant cause i had no clue. ITs normal to feel nervous especailly if this is your first pregnancy. Dont stress about it, dont smoke or drink and take your prenatal. follow your doctors advice and in a few months you will have a sweet baby in your arms.
Im pregnant with my second child and this pregnancy is completly different from my first. im sick all the time, exhausted and on an emotional rollercoaster! ive actually lost weight because i cant hold anything down right now. Good Luck and Congratulations!

I was two months pregnant already when I found out I was pregnant, my first five weeks I had absolutely no idea, I had morning sickness for a month...although a friend of mine is pregnant as well never had morning sickness. Not everyone has the same symptoms, if you dun have the morning sickness be greatful that you dun have it yet, it might still be comeing.

Dont worry if your not sick..lol, count yourself lucky. Besides your only 5 weeks. I got am pregnant with my 4th baby and I always get sick around the 6th and 7th week and then Im sick 24/7 until around 17 or 18 weeks. Its absolutley miserable and I get so frustrated from it. Its hard especially with having to take care of my other children at the same time. So either give it time for you to get sick, or count your blessing that you arent. Its not something you want. Believe me. Im still sick and wouldnt wish it on anybody.

I am 7 weeks along and have severe morning, noon and night sickness. Count yourself lucky. You should get an appt with your ob or midwife. having or not having morning sickness varies from person to person. and about not "feeling" pregnant I still dont really feel pregnant I have heard that it sometimes doesnt become reality until you see the ultrasound hear the heart beat or feel the baby move... Best of luck to you

I was exactly the same way when pregnant with my daughter. Every pregnancy is different- some are easy, some are hard with morning sickness, aches, and pains non-stop, and some go as described.
It's not unusual to have few symptoms. especially early on, so just take care of yourself and that baby, and follow your doctor's instructions.
Oh- and congratulations!

Be thankful you are having no symptoms. I had a practically symptomless pregnancy until the last couple of weeks ( I am 38 weeks today.) It was the best thing ever because I had friends who had gotten so sick. You can have no symptoms and still have a healthy baby. Good luck.

Unless you've had some heavy bleeding since you found out you were pregnant (could be a miscarriage), you should be fine. You don't usually feel pregnant during the beginning of the pregnancy because you don't start showing till later on.

i had no morning sickness with all 4 of my children...3 pos pregnancy tests...you are pregnant...the only thing that makes a test positive is hcg hormone which your body produces when pregnant...don't worry we all go through this, I don't think there is a pregnant lady that hasn't...congrats and good luck
