old country buffet is a buffet of very low quality food. most buffets are not amazing quality, but this is especialy low. Though I will admit, alot of the food tastes good. I went there alot as a kid, they have a big salad bar, a fruite and pudding bar, and then a couple of hot food bars. They usualy have some guy who is cutting slices off of a giant piece of prime rib or something, and honestly, that meat is not all that bad. They have pizza usualy, french fries, fried shrimp, and usualy have a different theme every night for some of their food, like steak night, or taco night. Their desert bar is incredible, they have alot of hot, and cold deserts, and surprisingly, a bread pudding to DIE for. I judge all other bread pudding by theirs. BUT, but but but. The food is of terribly low quality, and they are usualy generally pretty filthy restaraunts, and yes, you probobly will feel nauscious or have diahria after indulging there. Last time i went there, i threw up in the parking lot afterwards. It is deffinatly a place to go for cheap food, and cheap laughs, because your state of comfort will be amusing after the meal is over... go there with friends.

well they tend to vary their main dishes by the day of the week... but they usually have some sorta chicken.... veggies.... a salad bar.... a dessert bar... dinner rolls or corn bread.... a few diff soups...... rice........ mac n cheese..... n always ham roast beef n fish. It's really a good deal 4 the price if ur hungry n most OCB's keep pretty clean unlike sum "hillbilly" buffets ( as i like to call them no offence).

They have just about everything you can imagine. Chicken wings, roast beef, ribs, several kinds of chicken plus all kinds of vegetables, rice, potatoes, salads, rolls, and desserts. It's a place to go if you are really hungry and ready to eat up a storm. I go once a year and stuff myself silly.

They have different things every day, such as a salad bar, and a variety of the following: chicken, turkey, fish, beef, pork, pasta, vegetables, fruit, pie, cake, ice cream, soda, juice, jello, side dishes, Mexican dishes, etc. I can't get into detail, but I think you caught my drift.

If you aren't a fussy eater you'll find just about anything you could want. There are daily features that you can read about at their website. Personally, I find their quality less than mediocre but the salad bar is fantastic.
Here's the menu....
