I imagine if he ever had a high IQ his brain cells have been damaged by all the alcohol and drugs. If he does have a high IQ, then he has done very little with it. If he does have a high IQ, how come he cant spell or articulate beyond the three rhetorical statements he has been using for the past years. If he does have a high IQ then he ought to be VERY ASHAMED THAT NOT ONLY HAS HE GONE VS. THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, BUT AGAINST HIS OWN BETTER JUDGMENT
