Does anyone know of a site or place that I can send info or pics to and they'll make a custom comic outta them

My husband is in Iraq and we both love comics, I want to have a custom comic book made with either our info or our pics drawn into them. This would be my Dream present to him and I don't care the price. If you have ANY info please please please let me know. Thank You

you might wanna contact any graphic design firm that might take up a job like this. it will be difficult though.

or contact any art school student... pay him/her and get the work done.
