every time i start to make out with my girl friend i get an erection how can i stop this from happening

yeah its very hard to not get an erection if you always do, but my idea would be to just let her know and she should think its okay. she probably very aroused as well.

you don't. and why would you want to stop that behavior. everybody needs to fool around and fall in love at least once. an erection may not mean that you're in love but it's a good indication that you are specially attracted to that person. if you don't believe in sex before marriage then you'll just have to put up with the erection.

tell her it's a natural occurence. When you make out you cannot control top part from the bottom part. it's your body response to arousal...if you do not get arouse, than you are not interested in her at all!! She should be worry the day you do not get erection from touching her....
