I am male, as I became older I gained a stomach and also have some love handles. I have tried pilates, stomach crunches, you name it. I decided to wear a girdle. I was a little intimated because a girdle is suppose to be a womens clothing.
I finally decided to buy one and try it on - what a great experience. It did take some getting use to, but have a girdle hold you in I found was great. I actually have found that I feel much more confident, and I like that my posture has improved, it is much easier to sit and walk, by clothes fit 100% better, and I am much more relaxed.
My recommendation - first buy a lighter panty girdle that is 2 sizes smaller then your waist size, wear this girdle for about 2 to 3 hours per day. You find that over a period of a few days you will be able to be in a girdle longer and longer. Eventually and it will not take long and you will be able to stay in a girdle all day.
Now what I have found, at least for myself eventually I found that I needed to be in a much firmer more supportive girdle.
I wear a long legged high waisted boned and zippered panty girdle every day. After about 6 months of being in a girdle I found that if I am not in a girdle I do not feel dressed.
Where I had a little problem is once I started wearing a girdle going out in public I was some what nervous that people would know I wear a girdle. It took a little nerve but once I became use to it I am fine with it now.
After wearing a girdle as a male for a few years I am convienced that a girdle is for both males and females. Both males and females can benefit from being girdled. All I believe is that somebody just labeled a girdled for a woman only.
I believe once you start wearing a girdle you will see what I am talking about, and I am sure you will be very happy about the results.

iam a male who let my self go I bit tge dust and decided I needed to start wearing a girdlei had my wife arrange a girdle fitting for me I was fitted into a rago extra firm high waist long leg girdle with side aipper and split crotch style 6210 I took me a frw days to grt used to wearing a girdle I love this girdle and what a joy it is to have the girdle holding me in I cant leave the house wiy without my girdle on and only regret why it took me so long to start wearing my girdle

Yes you can, and it never shows, even under t-shirts if you shop well. For men, a high waisted girdle is best otherwise the band can be discomforting. Medium for a men's waist of 32-34, LG for a 36-38, XL for 40-42. Sears high waist diet trim is a good choice and very reasonably priced when ion sale. Naomi & Nicole High-Waist Shaping Briefs from JCPenneys is a good choice as well. It takes just a couple days to get use to it. IF you can move to the extra firm category, you will feel lees urge to eat and lose weight as well as look trim.

You start wearing a girdle now and within a week you ll be wearing your wife s skirts and dresses. Girdles have extreme feminizing properties. Just let yourself go, You ll be so happy to feel feminine.
