I think i'm coming down with a sore throat. If I take some garlic and vit. C right now, do you think i could nip it in the bud before it turns into a bug?

I just take 2 vitamin "C' right away. Then take 1 3X per day for a few days. It always makes me feel better and the cold symptoms go away. I can always tell when it is time after 3 hours to take another because I start feeling sick again.

"Nip, nip, nip" Barney Fife

Try Airborne tablets....like Alka Seltzer for colds. A really good night sleep helps too.

Take an Airborne and then some Vitamin C right away. Then take Vitamin C everyday after that. Hope it goes away!

Yes it'll help. I would also take soem vitimin e and b. Gogle with luke warm salted water for best results, and get at least 10 hours sleep.

Just make sure to drink tons of Orange juice. Stay away from sugar. Bacteria grows in sugar. Wear warm clothes, stay away for sick people and you'll be fine. Don't forget to rest.
