Mine would have to be matches. I will light them, but not without extreme fear! I don't like the surprise. I also don't like those rolls that pop out at you in the round container. :)

oh my gosh! I hate those pilsbury dough rolls in the tube that pop when you open them. I totally understand that! I have to make my husband open them, he thinks it is hillarious but those things just make me jump EVERY time. I used to hate the sparker on my gas stove because it wouldn't always spark the same amount of times so I never knew when the stove would light and I was alwasy convinced it would explode... I have come to terms with the stove though.

Cutting or burning myself, I have a bad habit of badly placing knifes so that they drop on the floor and I fear one day I will not move fast enough; I also have a bad habit of not remembering that things taken out of the oven are extremely hot.

My 5 year old yelling "Dinner's ready!" from the kitchen and I haven't cooked anything.
She knows not to touch the stove and not to stand on chairs to reach the counters, so she will fix something from the fridge that usually doesn't go together. Like cold spaghetti and pine apples.
