Depends on what tribe you are. Doggit Cherokees have almost no blood quantum requirements - that's why there so many of them. Anyway, the Feds only recognize 1/4 bloods only for scholarship purposes. If you find out your tribe is like Cherokee, then their tribal scholarship office might help.
