We're a little short on cash this year, but I'd still like to have a happy Halloween! I don't normally spend a lot of cash on my costume, anyway...last year, I went in my volleyball uniform! My best friend and I were thinking of wearing matching white t-shirts that say, "Boo, I'm a ghost." We wanted something goofy and corny...good idea? Bad? And I'd love to have a party, but it will be so cold...and I'm not sure I have a lot of people that would actually come! Anyone have any ideas on how to have a really fun Halloween night, and make it memorable? I want to party, trick-or-treat, and just have fun with my family and friends! Please help!

Another variation on the t-shirt idea is just to write the word "costume" on it.

You could put together a pirate or gypsy costume pretty easily as well. Have your friends go out on a scavenger hunt on Halloween with disposable cameras, and you each have to have your picture taken with certain items on the list, such as different types of costumes, candy, a specific looking jack-o-lantern, etc...

You could wear your pajamas, carry a teddy or stuff animal, put your hair in little girl style ( if you are a girl) Or wear someone else's discarded oversize clothes, maybe sew patches on them, give yourself some five o'clock shadow with makeup or ashes, tie a handerchief on a stick, out a bottle in a paper bag, and go as a hobo .

Last year me and my bff were two peas in a pod.we thought that since we were best friends that costume would suit us.the outcome was hilarious and we got sooo many comments saying it was the best coustume they'd seen all night.
