You should forward the paypal email to
spoof@paypal.com
It's a scam designed to get people who have paypal accounts to give out their information, but since they can't get a list of paypal accounts from paypal they send this crap to every email address they can think up and if they hit a person with a paypal account and that person falls for the scam, it gives the scammers all the financial information from the paypal account.
Your screensaver should have a my pictures slideshow setting, then just tell the computer where you have the pictures and it should work from then on.
Good Luck

The paypal letter is a phish. Someone is seeing if you will respond and is trying to get your credit account numbers. Question 2 needs a program that will save our pictures into a screensaver.

PayPal is a system to receive and pay money usually used for individuals and businesses using eBay. If you don't have a PayPal account disregard the email as you have no money in danger of being scammed off you.

The email is a scam. Do not answer it, click any links inside it or forward it to anyone. Delete it. It's an attempt to steal your bank account details, called "phishing".
And I'm not sure about the screensaver thing.

Report any paypal mail to ebay or pay pal. You shouldn't hear from them unless you make a purchase. Don't respond to the email it's self because then you're letting the scammers know that you have a paypal account.

I hate stupid prank calls. The best one I got had to be when my friend pranked me. She knows me quite well, and said she could see where I was, and I asked her where I was then, and she answered correctly, and told me what I was doing. Then she told me what I was wearing (she had seen me earlier on that day). By this time I was getting really freaked out! She then told me to look out for a red car, that it was her driving away, and sure enough a few minutes later a red car drove by, purely out of coincidence! I didn't find out it was her until about 3 days later!!
