Its Prophase Metaphase Anaphase Telophase

Prophase: Mitotic spindle forms, nuclear envelope dissapears.

Metaphase: Chromosomes line up along the Metaphase Plate

Anaphase: Mitotic spindle attaches to the kinetichore of each chromosome to separate sister chromatids.

Telophase / Cytokinesis: Chromatids are on separate sides of the cell and the nuclear envelope reforms. Cell separates via a cleavage furrow then divides in two.

Prophase, anaphase, metaphase, telephase.

Prophase - before anything really happens. The mitochondrial material is just aligning in the cell.

Anaphase - Alignment complete, migration toward two foci apparent.

Metaphase - Separation almost complete. Two forming nuclei apparent, but still joined in one.

Telephase - It's over. The two nuclei are separated.
