First you will need to establish what your new country is going to be like once you are in charge.
Next you must find the existing cracks in the present systems so that you can construct tactics for exploiting each one to break down the opposition. Once you have recognized the weaker links in the current systems, begin putting together your empires one lieutenant at a time.
Then most importantly you need those who will follow your idealistic dream. How do you do that? Become a provider! If someone needs food then invite them to dinner. If they need shelter, give them a home. You must gather supporters how are behind you all the way and respect you.
It also wouldn't hurt to play a bit of Risk (the board game lol)

First you make a neocapitalism nation wich sustains the global economy and a currenny such as the dollar, then place your own culture to blind others, after that make an army with all kinds of crazy **** to throw at brown people, and later apologize 20 30 years later.

First you have to have an army. Next you have to destroy their army, let them agknowledge that your the ruler. Then you have conquered the country...OR you can start a conperacy and let the people over throw the government and show your can run their country with you eyes closed. That hows do it.
