I don't know why a cow would drink milk but if it happened, the cow wouldn't get mad cow disease because it is not present in milk.

As we all know calves drink milk. Nothing happens. Mad Cow Disease was proven to be cause by cows eating other parts of other cows and other animals for their protein content, to make them bigger.

I don't think I have ever seen a cow eat meat. but they drink milk from when they are born.

Cows do drink milk. Calves do anyway and I have never heard of anything happening when heifers have drank milk its just the same as if an adult human drank breast milk. (nothing happens)
