He uses their child to get to me. He ruined the best thing that happend to her and now she is divorcing her. But its going to take a while be cause they have so many thing in both their names. Hes making her pay for the divorce. What should i do.

He just seems to get in the way, and we cant go further into our relationship with him trying to mess things up between us. They are not divorced yet. what should i do.

You can stand by her and give her all the support she needs, other than that there is nothing you can do. Divorcing her husband is something she has to do on her own. Good luck.

I am having a hard time understanding your grammar, but I think you are trying to say that you are in love with a guy that is soon to be divorced and has a child that he will have to support till the 18th birthday.
My advice is to stay away. Don't even think about romance with this guy. He needs time to recover from the heartbreak of a divorce, and then he has the obligation of helping to raise his daughter or son. Stay away and let him focus on his kid and not your needy confessions.
I can say that from experience. I have been divorced for 18 months. I have not and will not go on a date till all my kids are 18. They deserve that from me. It's not about what I want or 'need'. They need a mom and deserve the best I can give.

if she can't afford it . it will make it harder on her.. he should not use the kids as a pawn in this divorce,, i can't believe that parents do that to their children,,
