In America, you can file one or two extensions, as long you do not owe any taxes. One extends to Aug. 15, the other until Oct. 15. You need to file your second extension before Aug. 15. You need to file your 2nd extension return by Oct. 15 (depending on weekends )

that is staggering if you're particular that you receives a reimbursement once you report. notwithstanding in case you imagine that you would possibly want to OWE once you report then you actually might want to enclose a charge for the anticipated tax due with the variety 4868. Taxes are due no later than April fifteenth. in case you owe something previous that date, consequences and activity will be tacked on. BTW, you are able to't report this on behalf of your boss. He has to report it himself, signal and mail it. And if it is for his business enterprise go back (company or Partnership, and so on.) then variety 4868 isn't the staggering variety. He'd want variety 7004 for that.
