Ok my nephew always talks to me before his mom or dad. He has had concerns about whats going on with him recently. Im 15 and hes 14. He only has one testicle (i dunno why) he says that whenever he masturbates, the onlything that comes out of his penis is a clear liquid and its sometimes sticky, he asked me if this is normal but told him that i dont experience that and that i ejaculate normally, hes really worried and i just wanted to check and see if everythings normal at his age. I never experienced what hes going through at his age.

My little brother had the same problem with one of his testicles not dropping. I remember my mom having to take him to the doctor because he too was concerned over the same thing. The doctor he went ot said that it was ok and as he matured more and got older there would be more. Also since he is really only building up in one testicles its not gonna be as much i guess. I didnt really quiz for details. Doc also said that as long as he doesnt experience any pain or discomfort then everything seemed to be in order. Hope this helps.

Thirteen (13) is the usual age that boys start being able to ejaculate. However, some develop slower than others. Tell him to give it a little more time. If he's really worried, he could always discuss it with his doctor.

He is okay with one testicle. He will mature normally and he will produce more than enough sperm to function as a father. He will also be able to perform normally. He is just not matured to the level that he is producing normal appearing semen. I am 65 have lived my whole life with one testicle and everything came out normal and fine.

He has an undescended testicle—stuck somewhere in his inguinal canal (testicles are originally in the abdomen and travel down to the scrotum while a fetus). He should get this checked out as the testicle is there (cryptorchid) and can be brought down or removed to prevent later serious problems. He may not be old enough to produce sperm while masturbating.

I have to give you some serious kudos for being there for your kid nephew. And, for turning to outside sources when the help is beyond your understanding.
Good for you, guy. You're a good uncle.

Tell him to go to a doctor. His doctor will tell him what to do.
