They put on their jet packs and fly slowly over the grass with the sign and hammer. The then tap the sign firmly into the ground and fly off to the curb to get more signs.

The park keepers usually hop on and off the grass, though I have witnessed the occasional one crawling in order to put the sign up.

I think they walk on the lawn and hammer the signs down. So they actually break they're own laws.

lots of strings and pulleys. Did you ever see Honey I Shrunk the Kids? When the dad and mom are looking for them? Just like that.

they had airplanes fly down and do it. since the grass is so precious.
