When i touch the top of my right testicle it hurts but then after a while the pain is gone This only happens once in a while, i would touch the top of the testicle when drying it with a towel or whatever and it would hurt. What is this? i hope it isnt testicular cancer because i wont have the kind of money to go through surgery plus i am currently in high school. ( im 17 ) how can i treat this, it is embarrasing if i tell my parents. Please let me know if this is something minor that i dont have to drag my parents into this.Good information please. Dont just copy and paste from google becuase i can do that also. Please help, i appreciate it very much!
when i touch it, it makes me want to go to the bathroom becuase it causes pain in my stomach too (sorta)

You sound like an intelligent young man. What i would suggest is to go and tell your parents. You should go and get professional help.
It is very unlikely from what you tell us that it is something sinister, so don't think about that now.
You want to know what it could be? well it could be a lot of things and no body here can tell you exactly what it is.
it can be a cyst, infection, nothing, but it also can be a torsion (unlikely) but the doctors must exclude that. Your testicle can swing around its blood supply or the bit on top of it can also swing and cause pain.
So please do the right thing and go and take your family to your doctor.
Don't worry and good luck.

I am not sure where you live but here in Australia if a 17yr old presented to the ER we could treat them without consent of adults. So go to the ER if you can and get it checked out. It may be as simple as a benign (non cancerous) cyst. Or it may be what is termed a hydrocele( collection of watery fluid around the testicle), with antibiotics it clears up.
Until you decide what you will do. Be sure to take regular paracetamol and if there are signs of infection which are swelling, redness, increased pain and you begin to sweat, go to the er and for god sake then tell at least your dad.

No; this is not normal. You "may" have a hernia. I would go to my Dad & explain what you just told us. Pain is a sign that something is wrong. Don't be ashamed. Being an adult means making decisions that may be embarassing but still need to be made.

You really must go to the Doctor, as this doesn't sound right. Tell your Dad if you can, as he may have to pay for your visit to the Doc.
I am in UK, and we have the National Health Service, so I don't know how you pay.
Good luck.

This isn't something that you should be playing around with. If it is minor, then you are lucky. But, you won't know if it's minor unless you get checked out. You can print out your question and hand it to your parents, so they can take the appropriate action.
Good luck
