I was in the pub at the weekend and i got talking to a girl.As the night went on she said "i think my lips are chapped" so i replied "well drop your knickers and let me see" and,boy, did she slap me......she slapped me that hard i still cannot see out of my left eye......should i make a complaint to the police????????

i ounce was in a bar, in texass, with some friends shooting pool, and the bar maid was a older womann(i was around 18) at that tiime, and anyways this older bar maid was working behind the bar bye herself, and was very very pokey. i noticed she dident weigh over around 123 pounds tops. anyways i got pisedd at her and called her a-- b-- word for not brining me our drinks to our table. well we were felling pretyy good and talking and al of a sudenn she came over too the table and slamedd the tray downe and, proceeds too smack my face and you could hear it, and i was stone froze. she says look you sob, you ever call me that againn-- igot f riends in this godam bar and a gun in my purse-- so i tell you does this broad hang out in this bar a lot got good frioends there?? think about it--- a bar is one of the worst places too turn in a womann--- notriouss--- you might regret itt---

If you know who she is then absolutely. First go to hospital and have a doctor look at it and get photographs and take it to the police and make your complaint for battery.

I don't mean to sound rude but you deserved that. I think SHE could sue you for sexual harassment. I recommend that you don't make those kinds of remarks. It'll save you from physical pain and finicial pain too.
