First off the white tigers that everyone is familiar with are not true albinos. They are leusistic. They have blue eyes instead of the normal albino red eyes and an albino would not have stripes. Albino is the complete lack of dark pigment

Black tigers do exist, sort of. They are another genetic mutation called pseudo-melanism. This means that the black stripes are closer together and can make the normal tawny color completely unnoticable.

It is said that pictures of "black tigers" exist, however many experts do not believe that these beasts are melanistic tigers. They state that when a tiger feeds on a large animal, such as a buffalo, it may become covered in blood which gives the animal a black appearance when the blood dries. The existence of true melanistic tigers has never been verified.
