People alwys think its weird when guys mention modeling or acting, but im a strait guy.

Not sure how old you are, but if you are still in school, I would start with taking classes in Drama, etc. Even if you have to start behind the scenes, and work your way to minor roles, and beyond.
No agent will be able to help you, if you don't have the skills. Also be wary of agents or agencies that ask for cash up front, there are a lot of scams out there involving modeling and acting.
If you are older, look for places that have open mic nights, etc. The ability to be comfortable in front of people is important as well.
Try and find anyone who does filming in your area. Sign up to be an extra if you can. Even if you don't live in Hollywood, your hometown probably has TV shows filmed locally, and movies are often filmed on location, maybe something is going on near you.
Lastly, consider starting in Radio. A lot of TV stars started that way. It also would help you build a network of people who go on the radio to be interviewed when pushing a show, or movie. Quite often who you know is the difference between success and failure.

i like the place youre going with this, i pass college a lot. oftentimes if u pass to ur mom nd say u dont sense properly, she shud enable united statesa. off college . If she doesnt enable u say youll be little need at school besides because of fact your feeling sick, and you wont have the skill to concentration.it quite works greater desirable in case you're saying sense sick the evening b4 so it doesnt arouse suspicion. Failing that, what ive performed a pair of circumstances is pretend notes from my father and mom that are writen via acquaintances saying i become sick the day gone by and didnt are available in. Howver ive been caught as quickly as and become in deep truble so i wouldnt advise it, basically a final hotel. I think it's cool. Like some people have already said, try joining a drama group first. You might also want to look at the site StarSearchCasting.com. A good agent (I think, don't know) is Charlie's Talent, I believe it's free.

Everyone would like that! You just need to believe in yourself. Make your self famous, meet the right people. Living in LA helps and join the guild. You have to make your own luck! Daydream about what you want in detail. Every thought you think is creating your future.

Start with parts in your school drama class, master it then move to small tv advertisement and when you are at home with that you can get recommendation from them for bigger things.

start getting practice. join a community theatre. you'll have to start pretty low just to get your name out there before you can even get an agent.
