Where is the action bar to extend getting extension for your questions?

The action bar has the thumbs, the abuse flag the edit button etc.

Go to..
-- "My Q&A first
--Click on the question that you want to extend
--Go to the bar beginning with the thumbs up and down
--Put cursor on the extreme right icon with the "pencil"
--Click on "extend question" THERE..
