If Upper Deck made those 8-digit numbers found on the bottom left of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards for spectacular use like the codes found on the Upper Deck Sports Cards (Baseball and Football 2006), then you could earn free Duel Pass points for Yu-Gi-Oh! Online, among other stuff (booster packs, dueling mats, DS or PSP, a laptop, etc). Otherwise, there is no way I know to get free points, sorry.
