You do not say what area you are buying a home in, but smoke free could be tobacco. There are some communities (townhomes/apartments/houses) that do not permit smoking.

No fires in your chimney place. Unless you buy smokeless coal. Its like an anti-polution type inniative for people who dont want their area all smoked up.

Smokeless fuel only I should imagine.Usually refers to bans on coal and logs. You have to use other types of smokeless solid fuels ( used to be coke years ago) mat be anthracite although I am not sure if that is smokeless
