I am guessing brain is one of them. There is muscles and valves on your neck to regulate the blood pressure to your brain. Since it is such a vital organ, it is well protected.

I'm in need of a meal but offer this.

Assume that BLOOD,,,flowing through a body, at what is suggested at a NORMAL body temp,,, is 98.6. Assume then that once BLOOD exists a body, it varies in external conditions,,, Becomes Ambient, in temp.

Our nerve sensors, receptors that cover our body, pick up changes even those we aren't always totally aware of as drastic.

I suggest that in miliseconds, if someone were to BLEED on you, it would seem warm, but be unnoticable after those intial miliseconds.
