Sure but if irregularities in your period upset you, see your doctor for professional advice. Everyone's body is different.

Yes you can. The average cycle is 28 days, but that is merely a "typical" cycle. Normally what you think of as a separate period is what is known as "breakthrough" bleeding, which is around the time of what would normally be ovulation. Not really a separate period though.

Every female is different; what is normal for some is not normal for others. Some may have a 25 day cycle, some may have a 35 day cycle, more or less.

I was having this problem for about a year and finally I asked my mom to take me to the doctor to have it checked out. Along with periods twice a month, they were VERY heavy, i had terrible cramps and lower back pain, and i got nauseous all the time. The doctor took a blood test and it came back negative for ALL stds so this does not mean you have a serious problem! talk to your mom or aunt or sister or even better a doctor. I got a prescription for low-dose birth-control and now I get a regular-cycle period once a month that's lighter and cramps aren't as severe.

Yes but you need to specify if it is one at the beginning and end orwhat? If not then you need to take into concideration your age, if you are on the pill ect. ect.If you are regular, you should have a period every 28 days or whatever is regular for you.

You can if your cycle is short or if the month is long. It will happen often for a woman whose cycle is usually 25 days.

Yes, if your cycle is out of whack you can. See your doctor in case it is something that needs addressing, otherwise, they may put you on the pill to regulate you and get back into sync.
