Not all the time. Right now, I am home alone and I don't have anything on. Well, unless you include the washer in the basement. Sometimes it's just nice to have some silence. Then there are times that I need to have the noise for company. Just depends on the day!

no not in the house i like the peaceful and quiet, music will do better. we should not have fear in our own home cause it's only the best place to be while we are on this earth (nothing worst than having all the unkind and sicko people around daily in my life compared to total quietness cause trouble makers are even worst than ghost!). i used to travel a lot for work and stayed in many hotels around the world and yes during those moments i used to keep the tv on whole night....who cares cause i don't need to pay the electricity but the hotels does!

In my house you can never be home alone. I have 7 ppl living with me and they are never all gone at the same time. And If I am in my room I can't here the tv ne ways b/c I'm on the second floor. And if I'm down stairs theres nothing to do but to watch tv so I would have the tv on.

Yes, i am home alot and when it's silent i get a little freaked out. Especially at night. i usually put on a funny show or some music.
