I did wait till marriage. We've been married almost four years now, and we're glad we waited. I believe that sex should only happen in marriage (heterosexual marriage!). You're giving yourself, a very intimate, personal part of yourself, away when you have sex...and I didn't want to give that to just anyone. I wanted to give it only to my husband--the man God intended me to marry. I think that casual sex only leads to heartache, b/c it's not just a physical act--it's emotional and mental as well. You give that away to someone who doesn't treasure you, and you're only going to be hurt. That's where I stand.

I am waiting for marriage now. I "blew it" as you put it, in the past. But after I broke up with my last girlfriend, I decided to save myself from that point forward and have stuck to it. I have a wonderful, beautiful girlfriend now and we are madly in love but we have stayed strong.

I want to look into my future wife's eyes and tell her that I have waited my entire life for her and that she was definitely worth the wait. It is hard to wait until marriage, but can you imagine if your spouse tells you that they waited and you cannot tell them the same?

I'm not just out there trying to get some. But if I come across the right girl, and i feel comfortable doing it...I probably would.
